Terms and Conditions

  1. Scope
    The following T&Cs apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

  1. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
    The purchase contract is concluded with J & S GbR.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

  1. Contract Language, Contract Text Storage
    The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are German and English.

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our T&Cs in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet.

  1. Delivery Conditions
    4.1 Shipping Costs
    In addition to the stated product prices, standard shipping costs of €6.50 are added.

4.2 Delivery Options
We ship the products to the delivery address provided during the order process. We only deliver by shipping. Self-collection of the goods is unfortunately not possible. We do not deliver to packing stations.

  1. Payment
    5.1 Prices
    The prices at the time of the order apply. These are total prices and include the statutory VAT.

5.2 Payment Methods
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

  • Credit Card
    During the order process, you provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.

  • PayPal
    To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. You will receive further instructions during the order process.
    PayPal may offer additional payment methods to registered PayPal customers based on its criteria. We have no influence on the offering of these methods; any additional individual payment methods concern your legal relationship with PayPal. For more information, please refer to your PayPal account.

    Statutory warranty rights apply.

6.2 Guarantees and Customer Service
Information about any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

  1. Dispute Resolution
    The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
