Model description:
The Bedford is the Vernis version of Louis Vuitton's cylindrical Papillon shape. The patent leather features an embossed Monogram pattern and shines in a warm honey-orange. Two Vachetta handles encircle the body and are attached via gold-tone loops, while a long zipper opens the bag along its entire length. An applied exterior pocket is located on one of the rounded side panels, and the interior features a cream-colored lining embossed with Louis Vuitton.

Exterior (patent leather):
The Vernis patent leather shows some warping and discoloration in places, as is typical for this material and model. The color is not completely uniform, with some areas being lighter or darker. The shine of the patent leather is well preserved.
Edges:
The edges show slight signs of wear, especially around the edges of the rounded side panels and at the seam transitions.
Straps/carrying straps:
The Vachetta leather of the handles is in good to very good condition. It is sturdy and has developed a beautiful honey-colored patina. There are slight, localized discolorations at the handle attachments.
Interior:
The interior is clean and well cared for. The leather patch inside shows slight scratches.
Hardware:
The gold-tone hardware (handle loops, zipper) is in good condition and shows slight age-related scratches and a minor loss of shine.
