Model description:
The Louis Vuitton Chelsea is a spacious tote made of Damier Ebene canvas with dark brown smooth leather. The two shoulder straps are adjustable in length via brass buckles, and the main compartment closes with a continuous zipper. The side panels can be worn narrower or wider via a snap button on the zipper flap. A full leather base gives the bag structure, while the interior features a large zippered compartment and an embossed Louis Vuitton leather label.

Exterior (canvas/leather):
The Damier canvas is in very good overall condition, clean and without significant wear. The smooth leather on the base and side strips shows minimal, superficial signs of use. On the right side, the snap button used to attach the zipper flap to the side panel is no longer functional: The snap button has been glued back in but must not be used, meaning it cannot be opened or closed, as it would otherwise tear off again. On the flap, there is a small area of roughened leather around the corresponding piece. This does not affect the use of the bag.
Edges:
There is slight, usage-related abrasion on the lower edges of the leather base, especially at the corners. The remaining edges are intact.
Straps/shoulder straps:
The leather handles are in good to very good condition with slight signs of use. The leather is slightly darkened in places and minimally rubbed at the edges; the stitching is intact.
Interior:
The interior is very clean and well-maintained. In the side zippered compartment, there are occasional fine blue pen marks on the lining.
Hardware:
The brass-colored buckles and zippers are in very good condition and show only a fine patina due to age.
